Cimarron Hills Golf & Country Club, located in Georgetown, TX, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Bartender. General Purpose: Prepare and serve guests delicious beverages in accordance with established standards with hospitality and professionalism. Create memorable experiences through personalized and genuine interactions.

Essential Duties:

Stock bar, mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
Assist with cost control, inventory management, and maintaining inventory records.
Support development of seasonal cocktails and menu creation.
Assist with social media scheduling and content creation.
Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and company policies.
Communicate guest requests and concerns to management.
Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
Handle cash and check transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Review banquet schedules and serve catered parties as needed.
Occasionally serve meals to guests.
Incorporate safe work practices.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.
One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience with restaurant POS systems such as POSITOUCH or MICROS.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, talks, hears, and uses hands.
Regularly reaches with hands and arms; occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches; tastes, smells, and sits.
Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Certificates/Licenses:

ServSafe Certified (Food & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, cocktail recipes, and industry trends.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Strong commitment to company values.
Exceptional personal hygiene and positive representation of the organization.
Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and understanding).
Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
