Bartender

We are seeking outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure a great experience for every guest. Bartenders provide full-service dining that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation following Torchy’s recipes.

Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner to create a welcoming environment.
Cocktail Preparation: Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.
Menu Knowledge: Learn the menu to make recommendations that enhance the guest experience.
Service Excellence: Provide prompt and efficient service by handling orders accurately and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar clean and organized, restock supplies as needed, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

Previous bartending experience preferred.
Current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
Ability to work varied schedules and hours based on business needs.
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at various heights.
