Description: We are looking for an outgoing, service-focused Beverage Server / Bartender who enjoys creating a welcoming environment for guests. You will provide friendly, prompt beverage service while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide attentive beverage service
- Take drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Serve beverages promptly with proper presentation
- Monitor guest needs and offer refills or additional service
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar tops, and service stations
- Assist with resetting tables and maintaining organization
- Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff
- Support side work, stocking, and preparation tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
- Previous beverage or serving experience preferred but not required
- Flexible to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
