Title: Bartender-Barista (Part-time) | Simona's Coffee + Cocktails at Colton House Hotel

Create connections and craft cocktails while delivering distinctive guest experiences. As a Bartender-Barista, you will prepare and serve inspired drinks in an expertly maintained atmosphere, impressing guests with your beverage expertise.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails and coffee across various hotel venues including Simona’s, the Parlor, Patio & Lawn, Pool Area, and on-site events.
Provide exceptional guest service from start to finish.
Educate guests on drink selections and menus, make recommendations based on preferences, and upsell special items.
Maintain knowledge of brewing and beverage equipment operations.
Collaborate in cocktail and floor serving, bartending, and event execution.

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of related education, training, and/or experience.
Valid State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit.
Working knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
Ability to operate bar equipment properly.
Experience with computerized Point of Sale systems.
Knowledge of standard cash handling procedures.
TABC and Food Handler certifications required prior to hiring.
Hospitality experience and guest service awareness.

Work schedule includes mornings, evenings, and weekends.
