Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will craft cocktails, serve beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Engage with customers by providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections.
- Participate in promotional activities to enhance sales and attract new customers.
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience required.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Background in food service or catering is beneficial.
