Job Purpose

The Bartender is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, making suggestions to improve the guest experience, and managing cash and financial transactions. They must have a strong understanding of the venue’s food, beverage, and gaming options and maintain a positive, inviting attitude while providing excellent hospitality.

Bartenders are expected to have working knowledge of the venue Beverage Recipe Book and actively participate in training to understand liquors, beers, wines, and other beverages offered.
