Title: Catering Bartender

Position Title: Catering Bartender Reports To: Catering Supervisor(s) and Catering Operations Manager(s)

Responsibilities:

Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client in line with 452 Hospitality principles.
Manage bar setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup during catering events.
Oversee quality and inventory levels of products.
Fulfill guests’ needs promptly and resolve complaints effectively.
Ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages and maintain a safe environment.
Perform manual labor related to equipment storage, event setup, and teardown.
Maintain a professional appearance, a clean and organized work environment.
Communicate clearly with leadership to ensure overall event success.
Uphold and demonstrate understanding of company policies and procedures.
Promote inclusivity and support within the team and the broader organization.
Lead by example in sustainability and community engagement efforts.

Job Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs; accommodations available upon request.
Ability to operate all necessary equipment.

Previous Experience:

Bartending and/or event industry experience is a plus.
All educational backgrounds are welcome.

Compensation and Benefits:

Eligible for overtime pay.
Access to On-Demand Pay Program (earnings before payday).
