Job Description
Job Title: Bartender
Job Description: At Main Event, our Bartenders craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve great food, drinks, and fun to all guests. You will create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional and timely service. You know the menu well and can make excellent food and beverage suggestions. You are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety and sanitation.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcome and engage with guests as an ambassador of fun
- Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy
- Showcase extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate guests' needs
- Create memorable experiences through exceptional service
- Adhere to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies
- Process payment transactions and encourage guest return visits
- Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe bar, completing side duties as needed
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months bartending experience
- Guest-focused mindset
- Strong teamwork skills
- Must be 21 years or older
- Alcohol certification as required
- Effective communication with management, team members, and guests
- Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends

Salary: Compensation starts at $2.13 per hour plus tips.
