Position Summary: Ensure guests have an exceptional experience by providing fast, friendly service while paying close attention to their needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver a superior guest experience by combining quality food, drinks, and games in a fun setting
Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding issues or unusual situations
Create a warm, enjoyable atmosphere for guests and team members
Follow company sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
Manage financial transactions accurately, including operation of credit card machines and cash handling
Assess guest behavior and involve management when necessary
Prepare drinks following standard recipes to ensure consistency and cost control
Keep the bar station clean, organized, and properly set up
Greet guests promptly and take accurate food and drink orders
Use the Micros system efficiently for order entry and payments
Support bar inventory and complete opening/closing duties
Assist with party set up/breakdown and support teammates as needed
Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring drink levels, pre-bussing tables, and responding quickly to guest needs
Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Requirements:

Minimum age of 21
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
Comfortable working in a noisy, fast-paced environment
Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required

Physical Demands:

Work days, nights, weekends as necessary
Work in varied temperatures including freezers
Perform tasks involving reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping, and wiping
