Position Summary: The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by preparing high-quality beverages and providing timely, accurate, and friendly service. You will create first-class experiences for travelers by adhering to Paradies Lagardere’s core values of Trust, Respect, Integrity, First-Class Service, Innovation, and Commitment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile.
- Greet guests warmly, take drink and food orders, and provide menu information.
- Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails, beers, wines, and food with thorough menu knowledge.
- Verify guests’ legal drinking age.
- Use correct drink mixing techniques and garnishes.
- Accurately process transactions via point-of-sale system.
- Respond appropriately to customer concerns.
- Follow alcohol safety guidelines and manage intoxicated guests responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar.
- Perform opening and closing side work as directed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support management decisions.
- Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Inventory beverages and supplies; order replacements as needed.
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- ServeSafe Food Handler’s Certification or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.
- Food and beverage experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of math for cash handling and cost calculations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Availability to work various shifts in a 7-day, year-round environment.
- Positive interpersonal skills and strong self-motivation.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local liquor laws.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs., stand for long periods, bend, reach, climb ladders, and walk long distances.

Pay: $7.00/hour plus tips
