Overview

From crafting classic cocktails to experimenting with new flavor combinations, you'll be at the forefront of our beverage program.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with creativity and precision.
Interact with guests, provide recommendations, and create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
Process drink orders accurately and efficiently, handle cash transactions, and maintain proper records.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
Stay updated on current beverage trends, techniques, and ingredients to continually enhance the menu offerings.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months of bartending experience.
Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
Basic mathematical skills.
Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages.
Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.
Certified or able to be certified in responsible alcohol service as required by law.
Effective communication skills in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written).

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive arm and hand movements.
Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 30–40 pounds (e.g., kegs, ice bins, cases).
Manual dexterity to pour, mix, garnish, and handle glassware safely.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Tolerance for exposure to noise, crowded spaces, and varying temperatures.
Ability to multitask efficiently and respond quickly to customer needs.
