Job Description
The Diller Room is seeking a qualified and skilled bartender to join our dynamic and dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced bar setting, with broad knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and cocktails including classic and craft varieties.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a variety of beverages while providing exceptional 5-star customer service.
- Manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks to ensure a memorable experience for guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant bartending experience.
- Possession of a current Class 12 and food handler's permit.
- Ability to change kegs.
- Experience using POS systems like TOAST or similar.
- Good command of the English language.
- Ability to handle high volume.
- Outgoing, friendly, motivated, responsible, honest, reliable, and goal-oriented.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean and presentable appearance.
- Must be over 21 years old.
- Open availability including weekends.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months, longer preferred, and start immediately.
