Title: Bartender - Water Street Brewery Lake Country
Job Location: Delafield, WI 53018
Responsibilities:
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails
- Process payments and manage customer tabs
- Clean glasses, bar utensils, and maintain bar cleanliness
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
- Build rapport with customers to create a positive atmosphere
- Enforce company policies related to alcohol consumption
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Wisconsin alcohol laws and regulations
- Strong customer service skills and social perceptiveness
- Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
- Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
