Job Title: Bartender Location: Tucson, AZ 85735 Position Type: Seasonal, Non-Exempt Salary Range: $12.15 - $15.15 per hour plus potential tips Reports To: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary: Old Tucson Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and personable Bartender with strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume, fast-paced food and beverage environment. Responsibilities include crafting quality beverages consistently, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and providing attentive, friendly service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide prompt, friendly service.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following Old Tucson standards and recipes.
Create classic and specialty cocktails with accuracy, creativity, and consistency.
Verify guest identification and age before serving alcoholic beverages.
Make drink suggestions based on guests' tastes and preferences.
Monitor guest consumption and comply with alcohol service laws and regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, prep stations, utensils, and storage areas.
Support inventory control by restocking and assisting with opening and closing procedures.
Process transactions accurately through POS and handle cash responsibly.
Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, quality regulations, and alcohol service laws.
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two years of bar or restaurant experience including drink preparation.
Current beverage service certification as required by federal, state, or local law.
Must meet state minimum age requirement to serve alcohol.
Experience with TOAST POS system preferred.
Positive, engaging personality with a professional appearance.
Strong basic math and computer skills.
Confident mixologist with experience serving beer and wine.
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Keen attention to detail with knowledge of drink mixing tools and techniques.

Work Environment:

Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs.
Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Ability to walk, stand, and maneuver safely on uneven surfaces.
Flexible schedule with availability for extended or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
