Job Title: Bartender Location: Tucson, AZ 85735 Position Type: Seasonal, Non-Exempt Salary Range: $12.15 - $15.15 Hourly plus potential tip earnings Reports To: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary: Old Tucson Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, with proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced food and beverage environment. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences through crafting quality beverages with consistency and creativity, providing attentive and friendly service that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide prompt, friendly service.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Old Tucson standards and recipes.
Create classic and specialty cocktails with accuracy, creativity, and consistency.
Verify guest identification and age before serving alcoholic beverages.
Make drink suggestions and recommendations based on guest preferences.
Monitor guest consumption and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, prep stations, utensils, and storage areas following health and safety standards.
Keep the bar fully stocked and organized, assist with inventory control, restocking, and opening/closing procedures.
Process transactions accurately via POS and handle cash responsibly.
Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, quality, and alcohol service regulations.
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of two years of bar or restaurant experience, including drink preparation.
Current beverage service certification or equivalent as required by law.
Must meet the state minimum age requirement to serve alcohol.
Experience with TOAST POS system preferred.
Positive, engaging personality with professional appearance.
Strong basic math and computer skills.
Confident mixologist experienced with beer and wine service.
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Attention to detail with knowledge of drink mixing tools and techniques.

Work Environment:

Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs.
Work performed in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Must be able to walk, stand, and maneuver safely on uneven surfaces.
Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended or irregular hours.
