Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Exceed guests’ expectations by providing a friendly, professional culinary and beverage experience with impeccable service and genuine hospitality.
- Manage all bar operations including cash drawer/POS system, customer consumption, and support for front and back of house teammates.
- Prepare and execute an exciting menu of handmade cocktails.
- Participate in cocktail research and development with the team.
- Maintain service standards during high volume peak hours.
- Articulate appealing descriptions of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings.
Requirements:
- Intermediate knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
- Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service procedures.
- Ability to take direction, work effectively under pressure, and collaborate in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and organizational abilities.
- Physically capable of standing or walking for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly and up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Manual dexterity and good communication skills.
