Title: Bartender (Part Time)

Location: The Culver Theater - 9500 Culver Boulevard, Culver City, CA 90232

Schedule: Part-time. Days and hours may vary. Evenings and weekends required. More details provided during the interview.

Pay: $25.95 per hour.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year bartending experience.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Job Summary: Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner while adhering to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Adhere to liquor laws, including checking IDs and managing intoxicated guests.
Set up assigned bar areas and stock all necessary supplies (beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice, garnishes, etc.).
Prepare, cure, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes and other perishables.
Greet guests courteously.
Take and process drink orders; mix, garnish, and present drinks according to standard recipes with prudent portion control.
Handle cash transactions, verify charges, record sales, and secure deposits.
Clean and maintain work areas to meet health and safety standards.
Arrange bottles and glassware to maintain an attractive bar display.
Wash and sterilize stemware.
Perform other duties as assigned.
