As a Bartender, your primary responsibility is to create memorable moments for our Guests by efficiently crafting drinks to perfection and serving responsibly. You will have extensive knowledge of our food, beverage, and wine offerings, enabling you to make informed recommendations that enhance the guest experience. You will also support Servers by answering questions about our beverage program and confidently work within a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare drinks according to company standards and specifications
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, beverages, and wines
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safe food handling practices throughout your shift
- Build relationships with guests to generate new sales
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of previous restaurant experience as a bartender
- Experience with an extensive wine and beverage menu preferred
- Experience in upscale, polished, or fine dining concepts preferred
