Title: Bartender

Job Summary: As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar. You will deliver exceptional service consistent with club standards, ensuring member satisfaction by following the three-steps of service to enhance their experience.

Reporting Structure:

Reports to the Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Beverage, Director of Restaurants, or Director of Banquets.

Responsibilities:

Provide high standards of service aligned with Food & Beverage training.
Serve food and beverages to members and guests at the bar.
Greet members by name and personalize their experience.
Accurately execute orders in a timely manner.
Address and resolve complaints professionally and notify management.
Prepare bar setup including bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing.
Complete daily side work such as restocking supplies.
Maintain knowledge of the a la carte menu, daily features, and specials.
Control and manage liquor inventory, ensuring accurate pouring and responsible handling.
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness.
Previous experience in Food & Beverage service preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Strong commitment to ethical work standards.
Comfortable working indoors and occasionally outdoors.
Basic knowledge of bar and wine service, including cocktail preparation.
Ability to open wine bottles with appropriate tools.
Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 100 lbs.

Work Schedule:

Attendance as scheduled weekly.
May require additional hours including weekends and holidays.
