Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled bartender who masters classic cocktails, understands flavor profiles, and anticipates guests' needs to create a memorable atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and welcoming environment to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Mix and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
- Take orders directly from guests or through waitstaff and accurately enter them into the POS system.
- Inform guests about specials, explain the drink menu, and suggest beverages based on preferences.
- Process payments, manage open tabs, and balance cash receipts at shift end.
- Verify guest age to comply with legal drinking requirements.
- Prepare garnishes, stock ice, and ensure tools and glassware are ready before service.
- Clean and sanitize the bar area and equipment throughout the shift.
- Address customer complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain impeccable personal appearance with a clean, pressed uniform and meticulous grooming.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen attention to detail in all tasks.
Compensation: Base Pay: $16.90 per hour plus tips.
