Job Description
Title: Bartender - Lemon Bar
What you will be doing:
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies, including preparation of daily requisitions as necessary.
- Be thoroughly familiar with all types of liquor, drink recipes, prices, appropriate glassware, and garnishes.
- Know available beverages, their prices, and preparation methods.
- Handle cash accurately, including proper discounting, operating MICROS or register systems, bank procedures, and tip policies.
- Ensure accurate guest charges and intake of all payments.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and maintain positive guest relations.
- Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Complete formal liquor liability training within 30 days of employment and every two years thereafter.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and self-initiative.
- Ability to work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
