Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Strong focus on teamwork and communication
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment is ideal
Responsibilities:
- Work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
- Uphold brand standards with knowledge of beverage program, techniques, and expectations
- Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
- Use Aloha POS for order entry and payment processing
- Clean and sanitize bar top and guest areas every 30 minutes
- Wash barware dishes
- Rotate shifts as Bar Back
- Manage cash responsibly
