This role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle the demands of lifting and carrying heavy items. Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift and carry heavy weights safely.
- Strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance.
- Capability to stand for long periods during shifts.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in fine dining establishments.
- Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wine.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent).
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent guest service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
