Title: Bartender (Part-Time)

Sheraton Galleria, Atlanta, is a beautifully renovated hotel located minutes from Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves. Featuring 278 rooms and 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting and conference space, the hotel offers a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere for business and leisure travelers.

We are seeking a passionate Bartender to join our team and craft exceptional drinks while delivering outstanding guest service in a lively, newly renovated environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and mix a variety of cocktails, wines, and beers with care and attention to detail.
Serve wine, draught beer, and bottled beer professionally.
Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar area.
Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and promptly resolve any concerns.
Order and manage liquor, supplies, and bar inventory to maintain stock levels.
Arrange bottled goods and glassware in an appealing and organized display.
Prepare garnishes by slicing and pitting fruit.
Replenish clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in the bar area.
Adhere to all safety, health, and sanitation protocols.
Notify management immediately of guest complaints and take appropriate action.
Maintain professional etiquette when interacting with guests and staff.
Assist with additional tasks as needed to support teamwork and efficiency.

Requirements:

Relevant bartending training and experience required; high school education preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of hotel departments and their functions.
Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates.
CPR and first aid training preferred.
Additional language skills are a plus.
