Title: Server & Bartender - Prime & Provisions
Job Summary: Servers and Bartenders are responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant. This role demands strong food and beverage knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to consistency and teamwork. Servers execute all steps of service with precision, warmth, and efficiency while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
Successful candidates thrive in high-energy settings, communicate effectively with guests and team members, and take pride in creating memorable dining experiences. They promote guest loyalty, collaborate closely with bartenders and support staff, and introduce guests to the restaurant’s rewards program when appropriate.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service from greeting through farewell.
- Demonstrate comprehensive menu knowledge, including allergens, to guide guest selections.
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system and ensure proper pacing of courses.
- Monitor table progress and anticipate guest needs proactively.
- Collaborate with support staff, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly, confirming order accuracy and presentation standards.
- Encourage guests to join the rewards program and share guest engagement initiatives.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming section throughout service.
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work as assigned.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service standards in compliance with regulations.
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Follow company policies, sanitation guidelines, and food safety standards.
- Support team morale and assist team members during high-volume periods.
- Serve at private dining or special events as assigned, complying with event timelines and standards.
- Perform additional duties as needed within the scope of the role.
- At least 2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant, preferably high-volume.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service fundamentals.
- Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per state law.
- Valid alcohol and food service certifications or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently.
- Continuous movement in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and twist frequently.
- Must navigate kitchen areas safely, including slick floors and tight spaces.

Salary: $12.62 per hour plus tips
