Position Summary:
Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, and securing the premises. Coordinate with the captain or supervisor before leaving at the end of the shift. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas by stocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Remove soiled items from the bar and tables. Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
Follow all company safety and security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management. Complete required safety training and certifications. Maintain a clean and professional appearance, protect company assets, and uphold confidentiality.
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards. Anticipate and address guest service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests sincerely. Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and guests. Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
Ensure quality expectations and standards are met. Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds, and maneuvering over varied surfaces. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
