Job Description
Title: Bartender
Position: Bartender Job Type: Part-time Compensation: $9.25 per hour plus tips Schedule: Monday - Sunday, availability between 10 AM and 8 PM
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a BASSET Certification
- At least one year of previous bartending experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills required
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Comprehensive knowledge of beverage recipes
- Ability to effectively communicate with members, guests, and coworkers
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and coworkers
- Clean and disinfect all club components as used
- Accurately follow beverage recipes and maintain knowledge of offerings and prices
- Provide prompt and consistent bar service
- Set up, break down, stock, and restock the bar according to par specifications
- Maintain cleanliness of bar, glasses, utensils, equipment, and work areas
- Accurately charge guests, handle cash, and operate point of sale system
- Provide beverage menu information to guests
- Maintain uniform and personal grooming according to standards
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
