Job Description
Job Title: Bartender
We are seeking an enthusiastic bartender to deliver an excellent guest drinking experience. The ideal candidate will create both classic and innovative drinks that exceed customer expectations. Compensation includes salary plus tips.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences, making appropriate recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present the bar menu
- Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked bar area
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Focus on providing an excellent guest experience
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years bartending experience
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Relevant bartending training certificate
- Computer literacy
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Shift Availability:
