Title: Lounge Bartender
Job Summary: The Lounge Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the hotel's lounge. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a thorough knowledge of mixology, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible beverage service.
- Process payments and manage the cash register.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous bartending experience.
- Excellent knowledge of drink recipes and mixology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- TIPS or similar certification preferred.
