Title: BARTENDER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Unidine is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Bartender positions at The Village at Victory Lakes, 1075 East Victory Drive, Lindenhurst, IL 60046.

Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, and Sunday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Further details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements:

Prior bartending experience preferred but willing to train.
Ability to verify guest identification and manage cash transactions accurately.

Pay Range: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations, including serving alcoholic beverages responsibly.
Set up assigned bars; stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.
Maintain stock and prepare fresh fruit/vegetable garnishes and juices to ensure product quality.
Greet guests courteously, take and process drink orders, mix and present drinks using standard recipes.
Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained.
Handle cash transactions, make change, record charges, and secure cash deposits.
Lock up beverage products, equipment, and cash; maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
Wash and sterilize glassware.
Perform other duties as assigned.
