POSITION SUMMARY
Our bartenders do more than just mix drinks; they create memorable and unique guest experiences. They stay informed about new trends, micro-local offerings, and evolving guest needs. Bartenders serve as both beverage experts and hosts, taking ownership of guest service beyond the bar. Their responsibilities include ensuring the bar operates flawlessly and building relationships with guests, hotel staff, and the community to anticipate and meet guest needs.
Success in this role requires creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies, protecting assets, maintaining confidentiality, and presenting a professional appearance. Bartenders will be physically active, standing, walking, and handling items weighing up to 25 pounds. Attention to detail and a passion for guest service are essential.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- No supervisory experience or certifications required
RESPONSIBILITIES
