Title: Bartender (Full Time and Part Time)

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Bartender positions.

Location: Delta Sky Club MSP - 4300 Glumack Drive, Saint Paul, MN 55111. Note: Online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules available. Must work weekends. More details during interview.

Requirement: Previous bartending experience required. Candidates must comply with state and federal liquor laws.

Pay Rate: $16.37 per hour

Job Summary: Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner while adhering to all applicable liquor regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding service to minors and intoxicated guests.
Set up assigned bars and requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.
Maintain stock, prepare, cure, and store all fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality.
Greet guests courteously and take/process drink orders.
Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and practice prudent portion control.
Check guest identification for compliance.
Recognize and act upon guest inebriation in accordance with training.
Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure proper recording and voucher handling.
Secure all beverage products, equipment, deposits, and cash at closing.
Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards.
Maintain attractive bar displays and wash/sterilize stemware.
Perform other duties as assigned.
