THE JOB: As an Apprentice Bartender at Excalibur, you will help create a fun, high-energy atmosphere while learning bartending skills alongside an experienced team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with bar operations and delivering exceptional guest service to make every visit memorable.

Starting Rate: $15.95 USD per hour

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the bartender with preparation of drinks, mixes, and garnishes
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar area
Ensure sufficient stock of items and products in work areas
Properly set up, label, stock, and deliver alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, supplies, glassware, paper products, garnishes, and ice
Clean equipment, tools, polish glassware, and ensure equipment is operational
Perform opening and closing duties based on shift
Provide high-level guest service and respond effectively to inquiries
Resolve guest complaints within authority or escalate to management and notify supervisor or security of unusual events

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Minimum 21 years of age
Available to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
1+ years of apprentice bartending experience in a resort setting preferred
