Bartender

The Role: As a bartender, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where crafting cocktails is your specialty. You enjoy connecting with bar guests and making a lasting impression.

Responsibilities:

Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following the restaurant’s standard recipes.
Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar.
Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner.
Assist with restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.
Stay knowledgeable about our menu offerings and respond promptly to guest requests, including dietary restrictions.
Prepare and present final bills, process payments, and report gratuities in compliance with IRS standards.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old with 1-2 years of bartending experience.
Positive energy and teamwork skills to assist support staff.
Effective communication with managers, employees, and guests.
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) plus at least one weekday.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
