Job Description
Title: F&B Team Member (Server, Bartender, Banquets)
Are you looking to join a team passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality? The Charlotte City Club in Uptown Charlotte is hiring part-time, reduced full-time, and full-time F&B Team Members. No experience is required as training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality food and beverage service in a fine dining environment
- Serve as a server, bartender, and assist with banquet events
Hours of Operation (subject to change based on member needs):
- Tuesday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Monday: Closed
Compensation:
- Starting base pay: $11 per hour, with increases after training milestones
- All à la carte service sales include a 20% service charge distributed to staff

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in roles such as houseman, host/hostess, food runner, bar back, bartender, or server preferred but not required
- Open availability preferred to cover current operating hours
- Energetic, hardworking, positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn
