Title: Lifestyle Bartender - Dogwood Restaurant - $8.49/hr + Tips
Position Summary: Our bartenders do more than just mix drinks; they create memorable and unique guest experiences. They are knowledgeable about new trends, local offerings, and evolving guest needs. Beyond their beverage expertise, bartenders act as hosts, taking ownership of overall guest service. They ensure the bar operates smoothly and build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and fulfill guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve beverages while delivering excellent guest service.
- Maintain the bar’s appearance and functionality.
- Build rapport with guests and hotel staff.
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure a safe workplace.
- Uphold professional appearance and uniform standards.
- Perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as described.
- No supervisory experience or certifications required.
