Job Description: The Barback is responsible for maintaining established bar stock levels by transporting cases of beer, bottled water, liquor, and other beverages from walk-in coolers to the bar. This role involves preparing written requisitions to ensure appropriate stock levels and maintaining supplies such as ice, glassware, and drink garnishes with fresh fruit rotation. Additional duties include cleaning and maintaining all bar areas, restocking beer kegs (approximately 50 pounds), cleaning reach-in coolers, rotating bottled beer, emptying trash bins, and fulfilling beverage orders from guests, cocktail servers, and bartenders.
