Job Description

Title: Premium Cocktail Server | T-Mobile Arena

Starting Pay: $13.89 per hour.

Job Summary: The Premium Cocktail Server is responsible for delivering food and beverage items from the kitchen and bar to stadium guests in a timely and professional manner. The server should have knowledge of the menu and ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are followed. Additionally, the server will assist with area setup and breakdown.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Efficiently and accurately take and deliver orders with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ensure all food and beverage items are properly delivered and stored.
Be knowledgeable about all menu offerings, including domestic and imported beers, various wines, and brand-name spirits.
Follow set-up and break-down procedures efficiently.
Understand and comply with all event paperwork and reports.
Establish rapport with guests using suggestive selling techniques when appropriate.
Adhere to location appearance guidelines.
Act with urgency and professionalism at all times.
Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
Employ good safety and sanitation practices.
Maintain equipment and assist in product inventory and restocking.
Collaborate with fellow employees and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum of one year cocktail service experience in a high-volume cash handling environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain required work cards (SNHD Health Card, ServSafe Alcohol Card, Non-Gaming Card).
Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Punctual, reliable, and available for shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays on an event basis.
Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
