Title: Bar Manager - Conrad New York Downtown
The stunning Forbes 4-Star Conrad New York is seeking a Bar Manager to join the Food & Beverage Team. This luxury hotel in Lower Manhattan features 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and three food and beverage outlets including a 3-meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will primarily oversee the operations of Leonessa, assist at Atrio and in-room dining as needed, and report to the Director of Food & Beverage. You will manage a team of approximately 11 hourly team members.

Pay Rate: The annual salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience and location.

Requires 1-2 years of bar management experience with a proven track record of managing unionized staff. WSET or CMS certifications are considered ideal assets.
