The Difference You Will Make As a Bartender, you will be responsible for daily bar operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar in your assigned area. This role requires strong multitasking skills to coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams, address customer needs, and maintain quality service with professionalism. You will manage the inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools to ensure drink quality and accuracy.

Physical Demands and Work Environment This role requires standing and walking for extended periods throughout the dining room, kitchen, and service areas. Duties include handling food and beverages, reaching, talking, and hearing. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and crawling may be necessary. Vision requirements include close and distance vision and the ability to focus.
Work Environment The position is based in a restaurant environment, including kitchen areas.
Location and Travel The position is based in Nashville, TN; Brier Creek, NC; Pflugerville, TX; or Columbus, OH, with occasional travel to local and out-of-state markets.
