Job Summary: The Multi-Venue Barback supports bartenders across various bar concepts including a martini lounge, rooftop bar, and pool bar. This role is essential for ensuring bartenders have the necessary tools, products, and support to deliver efficient and elevated service in both high-end and high-volume settings.

Responsibilities:

Maintain full stock of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies at all times.
Prepare and restock garnishes, juices, glassware, ice, and batch items.
Ensure bartenders are set up for success before, during, and after service.
Anticipate needs and respond quickly to real-time requests.
Keep all bar areas clean, organized, and fully operational during service.
Clear, wash, and polish glassware; maintain par levels.
Manage trash removal, recycling, and cleanliness of work areas.
Support opening, mid-shift replenishment, and closing duties across venues.
Maintain clean, organized, and efficient bar environments.
Adapt quickly to changing volumes and service styles.
Demonstrate urgency, reliability, and strong teamwork.
Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and leadership.
Assist servers and other team members as needed.
Adhere to safety protocols and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Valid TABC Certification or ability to obtain.
Valid Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout shift.
Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies (up to 75 lbs).

Working Environment:

Indoor work across multiple venues (martini lounge, rooftop bar, pool bar).
Occasional outdoor work exposed to weather conditions.

Additional Requirements:

Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
Display courteous behavior with guests and team members.
Report any unsafe conditions immediately.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum one year prior hotel or barback experience preferred.
No minimum education required.
