Summary: Under general supervision, this position is responsible for opening and closing the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures. The role includes maintaining the food prep and bar areas in a clean, organized manner while serving and assisting guests. The team member must consistently demonstrate a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture. General knowledge of the hotel, area, and events is necessary to assist guests effectively.

Required Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old
Minimum one year of bartending experience required; two or more years preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of college preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary certifications per company requirements
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
Perform duties as bartender, prep cook, cocktail server, or other roles as needed
Handling money, making change, and using office machines
Operate equipment including cash register, POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen machinery
Excellent customer service and diplomatic skills to handle guests and team members professionally
Ability to open and close the bar, obtain supplies, and maintain cleanliness
Ability to distinguish currency denominations and make accurate change
