Job Title: Bartender

Location: NPS - Foxborough, MA 02035 Position Type: Part-Time Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Summary: Tend bar for all stadium events and private functions, ensuring compliance with stadium guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Open and set up the bar in preparation for service.
Welcome customers and create a warm, friendly environment for guests and co-workers.
Process transactions accurately, including credit card and Point-of-Sales system transactions.
Prepare and serve drinks according to stadium guidelines.
Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies.
Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements as directed by management.
Respond professionally to customer inquiries and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
Close down the bar and assist with inventory.
Perform special projects and assignments as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume bar setting.
Must meet state minimum age requirement to serve alcohol.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
Outgoing, positive, engaging personality and a team player.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
Availability to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
Ability to carry heavy trays and lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced and densely populated on event days.
Noise level is usually loud on event days.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Certificates and Licenses:

Required to obtain a passing score on TEAMs training.
