Job Title: Bartender

Location: NPS - Foxborough, MA 02035 Position Type: Part Time Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Summary: Provide bartending services for stadium events and private functions while ensuring compliance with stadium guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Open and set up the bar preparing for service.
Welcome customers and create a warm, friendly hospitality environment.
Process transactions accurately using credit card and Point-of-Sales systems.
Prepare and serve drinks according to stadium guidelines.
Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies.
Follow food safety and sanitation requirements as directed by management.
Respond professionally to customer inquiries and escalate concerns as needed.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
Close and clean the bar; assist with inventory.
Perform special projects and assignments as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume bar setting.
Meet state minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
Outgoing, positive, engaging personality and team player.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Punctual and reliable.
Availability to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
Ability to carry heavy trays and lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced and densely populated during events.
Noise levels typically loud on event days.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Certifications:

Required to obtain a passing score on TEAMs training.
