Seeking experienced bartenders passionate about delivering superior customer experiences. The ideal candidate will skillfully create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customer expectations while providing friendly and welcoming service.

Bartenders must be able to work under pressure in loud, crowded nightlife environments. Our venue operates as a full nightclub three nights a week, requiring bartenders to perform in challenging acoustic conditions. Night shift bartenders are expected to wear "Scottsdale style" club-wear.

We encourage enthusiasm for working at Lookout Tavern and believe marketing is everyone's responsibility. Bartenders and servers will actively participate in promoting the venue via social media by sharing, posting, and inviting to grow our customer base.
