Responsibilities As a Bartender, you will:

Create and serve exceptional cocktails, wines, and beverages with consistency and artistry.
Deliver a warm, engaging, and attentive guest experience at the bar and throughout the dining space.
Recommend beverages, upsell featured items, and provide thoughtful food and drink pairings.
Maintain deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail techniques.
Accurately enter orders and handle transactions using the POS system.
Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking at all times.
Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless execution.
Recognize returning guests and build authentic relationships.
Respond to guest needs and resolve concerns professionally.
Uphold all sanitation, safety, and service standards.

Requirements

Must be 21+ years old.
Hold or be able to obtain Food Handler’s Certification and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS).
Previous bartending or luxury hospitality experience required.
Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine service, and beverage trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with high attention to detail.
Proficient with POS systems and basic math.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
