Title: Bartender

As a Bartender, you will blend enthusiasm, attention to detail, and knowledge of our developing food and beverage program. You are responsible for creating a unique, personal experience for each guest by making connections and maintaining a positive attitude that encourages return visits.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Knowledge of commonly ordered drinks and ability to make suggestions
- Basic knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Skill in time management and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives
- Reliability and dependability in adhering to schedule
- Ability to maintain a high pace and intensity for extended periods
- Appreciation for soccer is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Take orders, prepare and serve beverages, and sell food to guests
- Inform guests about current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to encourage repeat business
- Follow specific service times and guidelines while personalizing guest experiences
- Work collaboratively with management and team members to ensure smooth customer flow
- Maintain positive working relationships within the team and with management
- Suggest ideas and proposals to management to help grow the business
- Participate in cross-training and perform mandatory cleaning tasks
