Title: Bartender - Suites at Ryan Field

Pay Range: $18.25 per hour

Job Summary: At Ryan Field, we aim to provide a world-class game day and event experience. The Suite Bartender plays a key role in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors. This position involves delivering exceptional hospitality and beverage service within premium suite environments, ensuring a personalized and elevated guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service to suite guests.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to venue standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
Engage with guests professionally, friendly, and attentively to enhance their event experience.
Verify guest age and identification in compliance with state and local alcohol laws.
Monitor and replenish guest beverage needs proactively.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards in suite bars and beverage stations.
Ensure suites remain stocked with beverages, ice, glassware, cups, garnishes, and supplies.
Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions as needed.
Support suite setup and breakdown before and after events.
Assist with inventory management, product counts, and restocking.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies.
Collaborate with suite attendants, event staff, and supervisors to provide seamless guest service.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Ability to verify guest identification and comply with state and local alcohol laws.
Professionalism and ability to collaborate with event staff to deliver an elevated guest experience.
