Job Description
Title: Taproom Bartender
Join the Lift Bridge team as a Bartender at one of the top breweries in the Midwest! In this part-time role at our main Taproom location in Stillwater, MN, you will create exceptional experiences for our guests while serving craft beverages.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- GED or High School Diploma
- Appreciation for craft beer and a variety of beverages
- Confident and friendly communicator with the ability to describe beer styles and flavor profiles of sodas and cocktails
- Ability to work on your feet during the shift and carry at least 50 lbs
- Experience in retail or bar/restaurant environments preferred
Responsibilities:
- Serve beverages for on-site and off-site sales
- Maintain an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Multi-task and lead supporting help while providing excellent customer service
- Educate customers about craft beverages and check identifications according to state regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and inventory
- Perform opening and closing duties independently and as part of a team
- Assist with events and promotions
Details:
- 16-24 hours per week including weekday afternoons (starting 1pm), evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Minimum wage plus tips and an incentive program
