Title: Bartender (Part-Time)
Join the DelMonte Hotel Group team as a Bartender at the AC Hotel Cleveland Beachwood, located in Pinecrest, Ohio. We seek experienced and motivated candidates to provide exceptional guest experiences at this vibrant lifestyle brand hotel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform opening and closing sidework according to checklists.
- Greet customers, answer questions, and make drink and menu recommendations.
- Take drink and food orders and prepare cocktails following standard recipes.
- Record all sales transactions accurately and process payments securely.
- Wash glassware and maintain cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas.
- Stay knowledgeable about current food, beverage offerings, wine lists, and cocktail menus.
- Provide information about hotel hours and available services.
- Deliver excellent guest service and contribute to a memorable and unique experience.
Job Requirements:
- 3 to 6 months of related experience, or a one-year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and passion for guest service.
- Excellent communication abilities and ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
